Joint and Crack Sealants

Many potholes result from paving defects and cracks which are left open and unsealed from water extrusion.  With proper and timely application, crack sealing and filling will extend pavement life.  Crack sealing is one of the most cost-effective ways to extend your pavement maintenance dollars.

Modified Asphalt Rubber Crack & Joint Sealants: are single-component, hot-applied, petroleum-based crack and joint sealants with various grades to meet your specific needs (ASTM D1190, ASTM D3405).  These sealants will form a long-lasting, resilient seal which is flexible and extensible at sub-zero temperatures and resists tracking at hot summer temperatures.

Silicone Sealants: are cold-applied uniquely formulated low modulus sealants for use in sealing joints in portland cement/concrete pavements.  The silicone sealant is applied to pavement joints using air-powered bulk dispensing systems which will provide a lasting, weather-resistant, flexible seal.
