What Is It?
A highly unique, patented polymer modified bitumen with fiber reinforcement, rubber granules, and granite aggregates.
Why Is It Special?
This highly ductile material remains flexible at low temperatures and stable at high temperatures.
It is manufactured under strict factory conditions thus ensuring consistent quality and avoiding operator error as often experienced with on-site mixing methods.
PRODUCT GRADES:
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with a state of the art laboratory that is staffed with three full-time chemists. These chemists are experienced in binder grade formulations that will survive
the various climates throughout the world. Two product grades have been formulated to withstand the climates most commonly experienced in the United States. Both grades have excellent
anti-wheel tracking, adhesion, elasticity, and memory properties.
- RC100A - A more flexible grade that is used in areas that experience freeze-thaw cycles during the winter months and elevated pavement temperatures during the summer months.
- PMB50 - A “harder” grade that is used in areas of extreme temperatures in the summer months and more moderate temperatures in the winter months.
Upon request product grade can be formulated to satisfy your specific needs.
