BD-2000™--Bridge deck micro-overlay system:

The BD-2000™ Micro-Overlay System is an efficient, cost-effective alternative to other bridge deck renovation techniques.  The BD-2000™ system combines E-Krete, a unique cement-based high performance material, with a special application device to provide water resistance and to restore and maintain the integrity of the bridge deck surface.  The system applies the base material to severely worn, slick concrete decks to fill voids caused by deterioration or spalling.  It uses a special granite chip in conjunction with a textured finish to return the coefficient of friction to decks that have become dangerously slick. The BD-2000™ system has successfully produced initial skid test results averaging 66 SFC.  These numbers are rarely seen on bridges or pavements, usually occurring only on newly-tined concrete pavement.

is a tough, durable cement-based product that can be applied over the entire surface of either asphalt or concrete to ensure protection.  PL-3000’s™ Overlay’s long-lasting seal provides enduring concrete inegrity to asphalt.  With PL-3000™ Overlay, unsightly stains, potholes, and cracks are eliminated.  Surfaces protected with PL-3000™ Overlay are skid resistant and UV-stabilized.  It protects against damage from automotive fluids and provides a truly water-resistant seal

HARD-LINES™ -- A Superior Pavement Marking System

outlasts other available pavement marking systems, and has a life expectancy of up to ten years.  It retains color, bonds to concrete, asphalt, or metal, and has embedded reflective beads for long-term reflectivity.  It is highly resistant to chipping and peeling and is not affected by UV, water, or freezing temperatures.  Hard-Lines can be directly applied over old lines with minimal prep work, and repairs temperature differential cracking in old lines.

TOL-3001 and TOL-3002 Pavement Overlay Systems

The TOL-3001 and TOL-3002 Pavement Overlay Systems are tough, long-lasting, high friction, skid-resistant, polymer modified cementicious micro-overlay systems designed to be applied on airport tarmacs, refueling areas, and taxiways with substandard surface erosion and/or spalling and slick texture.  The TOL-3001 is a one-layer system and the TOL-3002 is a two-layer system.

Recommended for:

• Highly oxidized indoor and outdoor concrete or asphalt aircraft holding areas

• Refueling areas with high concrete and asphalt erosion
